File a GDPR Complaint (Article 77)

Under Article 77 GDPR, if a company ignores or inadequately responds to your data request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (data protection authority). They can investigate and enforce compliance.

Use this template when: a company has not responded within one month, gave an incomplete response, or unlawfully refused your request.
